Mainstay & Todd Maahs Consulting are in search of an organized, hardworking individual looking to grow with our family-owned and quickly growing businesses. We are a hard-working, family-oriented, and quickly-growing business located in Madison, Wisconsin. We are a genuine, transparent and graceful team with a constant focus on serving our clients while getting the job done and are looking for someone that’s a good fit for our team.

This position is a hybrid between in-person and remote work and we are flexible with work schedules.

The ideal candidate will have interest in/ability to quickly learn new systems, has a keen eye for organization and attention to detail, finds opportunity for growth and improvement, and has the ability to see tasks through to completion.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Google Reviews, etc.)
  • Familiarity with or ability to learn Quickbooks Online
  • Familiarity with or ability to learn Project Management Systems (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Ability to organize/schedule yourself and others
  • Time management
  • Reliable with follow-through
  • Positive mental attitude, with a desire to learn and develop professionally and personally

Mainstay & Todd Maahs Consulting 

  • Client relations, job and project coordination and scheduling between clients and contractors.
  • Purchasing, buying and delivery of job supplies.
  • Project Start-up, Check-in & Cleaning Job Sites
  • Vendor Account Management & Setup
  • Vendor & Supplier Follow-up & Support
  • Research supplies, vendors, and misc. Parts.
  • Email & Social Media Campaign Cooridatation (Our Agency design and executes).
  • Meeting Scheduling & Planning

Compensation & Benefits

  • $18-to-$40 per hour, 20-to-40 hours per week, depending on experience, skill-set and role
  • Hourly independent contractor, paid weekly initially. Open to salary full time employee for the right person.
  • $20 per hour for driving and/deliveries, plus vehicle sipinets. 
    • Vehicle sipinets available depending on vehicle and usage.
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Time and half for nights, weekends and Holidays.
  • Flexible work schedule, hybrid remote, onsite and in the field.
